How to use Extract Audio
- Choose your video and verify that it contains an audio stream. A silent source cannot produce recorded sound.
- Choose MP3, M4A or WAV. MP3 uses quality 2 variable bitrate; M4A uses AAC at a 192 kbps target; WAV uses 16-bit PCM.
- Download and check the audio duration and playback. Extraction re-encodes; Trim Audio afterwards exports MP3, so use a suitable editor if you must keep a WAV master.
