Authorized media only

You may use Mediaivo only with content you own or have the legal right or permission to process. You remain responsible for inputs and resulting files.

Pro subscriptions

Mediaivo Pro is offered at the price and billing interval shown before checkout. Stripe processes new subscription payments for Mediaivo. Existing Dodo subscriptions continue through Dodo Payments. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewal and access normally continues through the paid period.

Prohibited use

Do not use Mediaivo for unlawful content or services, malware, infringement, abusive automation, attempts to overload or probe the service, evasion of limits, or bypassing access controls. Accounts may be suspended for abuse, non-payment or material violation of these terms.

Service availability

Media processing is provided on an as-available basis. Compatibility and quality depend on the source, codecs and processing limits. We may change tools and reasonable plan limits, but will not retroactively change a paid billing period.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mediaivo is not liable for lost source files, lost profits or indirect damages. Keep your own copies before processing. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
