Editorial policy

Mediaivo publishes practical guidance to help creators understand the same media tasks available in our tools. The goal is useful, reproducible information—not pages written only to target search terms.
Responsibility and evidence
Mediaivo Editorial Team is the publishing byline for this product documentation. The byline does not claim an independent laboratory or professional certification. Corrections can be sent to the support address below. Each measured example identifies its method, input, settings and limitations; calculations and recommendations are distinguished from measurements.
How guides are created
Each guide starts with a specific creator problem such as compressing a delivery file, converting a format, resizing an asset, checking metadata or calculating dimensions. The article is structured around the real workflow, the decisions that affect the result and the mistakes most likely to cause a poor output.
Tool-linked verification
Where a guide describes a Mediaivo feature, the instructions are checked against the current tool controls and processing behavior. We avoid promising exact output sizes or “zero quality loss” where the source file, codec or chosen settings can change the result.
Originality and useful value
Guides should add practical context: when a setting matters, what trade-off it creates, how to inspect the result and when a different tool is more appropriate. We do not intentionally publish copied articles, spun versions of third-party pages or unsupported benchmark claims.
Updates and corrections
Articles carry publication and update dates. Material corrections are made when tool behavior, supported formats or practical recommendations change. If you find an error, send the page URL and the issue to support@mediaivo.com.
Commercial independence
Mediaivo Pro is a paid product, but editorial guidance should remain useful to Free users. Articles may link to relevant Mediaivo tools because they perform the task being discussed; paid status does not change the technical explanation.
