Refunds & Cancellation

Cancel anytime

You can cancel a Pro subscription from the billing portal in your Mediaivo account. Cancellation prevents the next renewal; Pro access normally remains active through the end of the already-paid billing period.

Refund requests

If Mediaivo Pro materially fails to work for you, contact support@mediaivo.com within 7 days of your first payment with the account email and a description of the issue. We will review the request with Dodo Payments. Renewals and periods with substantial use are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived. Dodo Payments, as Merchant of Record, may process approved refunds and can request information needed to prevent fraud.

Payment problems

For an unrecognized charge or billing error, contact us promptly before opening a chargeback so we can investigate.
